Each of our puddings serves 4 to 5 people (or less).
Rum'n'Raisin Sticky Date Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce
Ingredients: Butter, raisins, dates, sugar, flour, eggs, double cream 47% fat, Rum 6%, water, Bicarbonate of soda.
IMPORTANT: This product contains eggs, gluten, wheat and has been made in a nut environment.
Storage: This product can be frozen for up to 2 mths. Defrost at room temperature for approx 2 hrs. Consume within 3 days. Store in a refrigerator.
Serve warm by heating to 180°C for approx. 10 minutes. Serve with fresh cream.
Lemon Pond Pudding
Ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, flour, fresh lemon 16%, Milk, icing sugar.
IMPORTANT: This product contains gluten, eggs, wheat. Made in a nut environment.
Store in a refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 2 mths. Defrost at room temperature for approx 1hr consume within 2 days.

Rich Chocolate Brownie Pudding
Ingredients: Chocolate min. 50% cocoa solids, chocolate content 24%, sugar, butter, eggs, flour & raising agent, cocoa, cream 47% fat.
IMPORTANT: This product contains eggs, gluten, wheat, and has been made in a nut environment.
Fresh product: Storage: Remove outer packaging. Store in a cool place. This product can be frozen for up to 2 months. Defrost at room temp. for approx. 2hours. Consume within 3 days.
Delicious served warm by heating gently at 180°C for approx. 10 - 15min. Served with fresh cream
Traditional Bread and Butter Pudding
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, vinegar, vegetable oil, ascorbic acid. Butter 81% fat, currents 20%, sugar, eggs, full fat milk 3.6% fat, nutmeg 0.2%.
